* Tuition rates are effective August 1 through July 31.

* Registration Fee: This fee is charged annually.
* Activity Fee: This fee includes Spanish classes, field trips, and curriculum support.  The activity fee represents a year-round cost for full-time students and a school-year cost for part-time students.
*Extended Day Fee: This fee is not applied if students arrive or depart within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.  The flat monthly rate covers all hours outside the regular part-time schedule and is intended for part-time students who regularly need this additional care.
*Holding Fee: This fee is charged in May if a full-time student has opted out of attending during the summer session.  Paying this fee will hold their spot instead of paying tuition until they return in August.
*Change of Schedule Fee: This fee is charged whenever a full-time student requests to change from a full-time schedule to a part-time schedule. 

Tuition Commitment
In order to keep the preschool budget and bills current, it is critical that families make tuition payments in a timely manner.  Each family signs a commitment contract at the time of registration stating the amount and frequency they will pay for tuition.  This is a binding contract.  Payments may be made weekly or monthly, but this schedule must be adhered to and payments made on or before the scheduled date.  Tuition is not pro-rated for holidays, snow days or days not attended due to sickness or vacation.  Changing days or making up days is not permitted for part-time students.

Discounts and Benefits
A discount of 10% is applied to the oldest child's tuition account for full-time students only.  
A credit equal to one week of tuition will be applied to each full-time students account on their anniversary date. (this credit will not be given to students which do not attend year round)
All students are offered a morning snack, hot lunch and afternoon snack at no additional cost
